OUR GUARANTEE is everything we sell must be as we represent it. Most of our parts look very authentic. These are replacement parts, which we acquire from outside sources, and some could have minor flaws. Unless stated otherwise all the parts in our catalog are new.
TERMS: For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express . If prepayment is desired personal checks are OK (U.S. Only). Canadian payments must be by credit card or by International Money Order in U.S. funds. International credit cards will be surcharged 5%. Ohio residents please add 6.75% sales tax. We process credit cards and checks or money orders when the order is written up. Due to any increase in costs from our supplier’s or other factors beyond our control we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING are extra on all orders. Please contact us for shipping costs. Please allow more on heavy items.***Please allow two weeks for shipping. ***Conditions beyond our control may cause delayed shipping or backorders. On the other hand we have many orders that do go out within one or two days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
RETURNING PARTS: Please call first. If you are returning a part for a refund or exchange due to an error on your part, you are responsible for all shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts that were shipped correctly as ordered. Absolutely NO refunds if we do not hear from you within 15 days of our ship date. If returned within one year we will give an exchange credit. Please call if you have any questions on our return and exchange policy. No returns or refunds on special order parts.
Just to Prevent Misunderstandings• We process credit cards and checks or money orders when order is written up.• We ask for at least two weeks from time of order to ship date. • We guarantee our parts and service.That doesn’t mean we always get it right the first time. Sometimes due to confusion on ordering parts a collector ends up with some parts that are unusable, and we make our share of mistakes also. Part’s books are sometimes very vague .• Please give us plenty of lead time in helping with your restoration. Your patience makes our job such a pleasure.
